Ghost of Tsushima Director’s Cut with PlayStation overlay, trophies and settings
Sony and Nixxes confirm game requirements for PCs.
Finally, the full minimum and recommended PC specs have been revealed for Ghost of Tsushima, one of the most anticipated games originally exclusive to the Sony PlayStation console but now coming to the PC platform. The Director’s Cut will feature the full game, as well as the Iki Island expansion.
The game will support cooperative multiplayer in Legends mode and will have cross-play support for PCs, PS4, and PS5 consoles. It will feature a PlayStation overlay that will allow gamers to add friends, collect trophies, change settings, and modify profile settings. The trophy system will be shared with PS trophies, but the PC version will also have achievements as collected on Steam and the Epic Games Store, whichever storefront the gamer chooses.
This overlay will be availble on PCs through the in-game menu or through keyboard shortcut: Shift+F1. Gamers will be rquired to sign in to PS Network to use play in Legends mode.
As already announced, the game will be released on May 16th. Nixxes is giving one month for gamers to check if their systems are compatible with the game, and the requirements are not high, especially for the ‘very low profile’. Here, a Core i3-7100 with GTX 960 or RX 5500 will be enough, but this is 720p resolution at 30 FPS, so hardly a playable experience.
At 1080p 60 FPS (Medium), gamers will be required to have systems with at least an i5-8600 or Ryzen 5 3600. The GPU should be an RTX 2060 or RX 5600XT. The most high-end system specs list RTX 4080 or RX 7900 XT, which is enough for 4K 60 FPS experience.

The game will support up to 32:9 ultra-wide monitors or a triple-monitor setup with a 48:9 aspect ratio. Gaming at high resolution will likely require the use of upscaling technologies, and here all major methods are supported: DLSS3, FSR3, and XeSS.
