Jensen loved PNY RTX 4070 SUPER design, so he signed it
While visiting the PNY booth at Computex, Jensen Huang, the CEO of NVIDIA, found a very unusual looking graphics card. This board partner has developed a very green blower-style model based on the RTX 4070 SUPER. Usually, such GPUs are not that colorful, rather striking boring black color schemes simply because they are not designed to standout, or even be seen for that matter.
However, PNY’s card is super colorful, with the entire shroud covered in green and even the custom chassis where this card is being presented at. Worth noting that the card is being shown as a Small Form Factor (SFF) compatible design. This is NVIDIA’s new product for ‘Enthusiast SFF GeForce’ models, and this blower design is apparently included (not on NVIDIA’s list, though).
Typically, blower-style cards these days are used for workstations or AI inference, so this card being presented as a gaming GPU is no doubt interesting.
According to TechPowerUP, who took photos of the GPU, this model will only be “a small production of 7000 units”. Whether that’s small is something for debate, but it is nowhere near any of the popular open-air designs, that is for sure.
