PALIT intros four high-end GeForce RTX 40 GPU concepts: Neptunus, Master, Lynk+ and Beyond Limit Series

Palit is introducing four high-end RTX 40 cards, all new brand-new design

Perhaps the most noteworthy launch of custom RTX 40 designs at Computex.

Palit is not introducing one, but four different custom RTX 40 cards. What they all have in common is that none were shown or even used with a different SKU before; these are all brand new designs. It is worth noting that all four cards presented are clearly labeled as ‘concepts,’ which means that only some may ever be released, or none of them.

GeForce RTX 4090 Neptūnus

The first card is the RTX 4090 Neptunus, a liquid-cooled design featuring GameRock crystal RGB. This card was already teased by Palit before Computex, but now we get to see it in almost full form. The card is a hybrid design, meaning it can work with or without liquid cooling attached.

According to Palit, Neptunus features a patented “AquaFusion” copper base with 100% flatness. This reduces the temperature by 10% when liquid and air cooling are combined. However it should work efficiently even without the water-cooling attached. We had similar experience with card like GTX 1070 Ti KUDAN, it never needed the external liquid radiator with integrated pump.

GeForce RTX 4080 SUPER Master

No, this isn’t a new XFX Radeon GPU, but rather XFX’s first model featuring a simple metal cover design with black metal fins. Not many details are available at the moment, but we can already tell it is a 2.5-slot design, and it aims for an RGB-less design.

GeForce RTX 4090 Palit X Lynk+

This graphics card was already revealed by Der8auer, who was provided a sample before this press release went live. It’s a concept of a hybrid card featuring a modular AIO design. What’s not shown in this render is that the card actually features a 7-inch larger display on the front of the shroud. You can learn more about this card here.

GeForce RTX 4080 SUPER Beyond Limits Series

This might be one of the most interesting designs thus far. The card features a simple front design with no RGB around the fans. However, a small triangle at one corner and a massive Beyond Limits logo on the side have this LED illusion mirror design.

  • Quartz: Advanced airflow holes on the backplate reflect the infinite mirror concept, with rounded edges and a simple style creating a timeless aesthetic.
  • Crystal: Unique multi-3D effects emphasize the infinite mirror effect, creating a captivating kaleidoscope in a single view. Enjoy the symphony of light and reflections.

All four concept GPUs will be showcased at Palit’s Computex booth. Expect more detailed photos from media attending the event.
