Intel Core Ultra "Arrow Lake-S" desktop lineup leak: 24-core 285K, 20-core 265K and 14-core 255K

Please note that this post is tagged as a rumor.

Intel to launch three K-Series SKUs in Arrow Lake-S lineup

The information comes from Benchlife.

The site has already leaked plenty of Intel products in the past, including the 14th Gen Core series with full clock speed disclosure when they were still under a domain of rumors. The media has now provided some basic details on the successor, called Core Ultra 200. Allegedly, the full lineup is to feature 13 SKUs, much fewer than before.

It is claimed that there will be 3 K-Series models featuring 125W and unlocked features for overclocking. Those are the Core Ultra 9 285K, Core Ultra 7 265K, and Core Ultra 5 255K. The site has further revealed their configurations: 24 cores, 20 cores, and 14 cores respectively.

Intel Core Ultra 200 Desktop Lineup

  • Intel Core Ultra 200K-Series 125W: 3 SKUs
  • Intel Core Ultra 200 non-K-Series 65W: 3 SKUs
  • Intel Core Ultra 200F-Series 125W/65W: 2 SKUs
  • Intel Core Ultra 200T-Series 35W: 5 SKUs

Additionally, it is mentioned that the remaining parts: 275, 266, and 245 will feature similar configurations with the exception of one Core Ultra 5 model (presumably 240), which would have fewer cores than the 125W model: 10 cores.

It is further mentioned that there will be eight 125W/65W models, which means that there are also two F-Series versions that will lack integrated graphics support. One of these parts is the Core Ultra 5 240F; the other, as far as we can speculate, could be 255F.

Based on the information we have, the product plan for the Intel Core Ultra 200 series Arrow Lake-S processors includes three 125W K series processors, covering Intel Core Ultra 9, Core Ultra 7, and Core Ultra 5. The Intel Core Ultra 9 will be a processor configured with 24C/24T (8 + 16), followed by processors configured with 20C/20T (8 + 12) and 14C/14T (6 + 8).

As for the non-K series, which is the 65W processors, the plan is essentially the same as the K series, except that in the Intel Core Ultra 5 section, there will be one processor configured with 10C/10T (6 + 4).

According to the information we already know, there will be a total of 8 Arrow Lake-S generation processors for Intel Core Ultra 200 in 125W and 65W, and with the addition of 35W products, there will be 13 processors in total. Arrow Lake-S will only provide Intel Core Ultra 9, Core Ultra 7, and Core Ultra 5 series processors.

Details such as CPU and GPU clock speeds are not yet confirmed. Neither are power limits, voltages, DDR5 memory speed support, and so on. One should expect such information to become available closer to the launch, which should happen within the third and fourth quarters as far as rumors are concerned.
